Unapologetically Here: Playing with Truth, Presence and Permission is an embodied and creative offering to engage with the beauty and complexity of life in these times. This workshop is a chance to delve more deeply into your inner wisdom as guidance for life. We will play with our ancient ways of connection through movement, storytelling, vocal play, dancing, and stillness, in order to have our expression, nurture our creativity and draw on our innate resilience. These bodywise ideas and practices can support you in creating what you hope for inside and out, for yourself and your community.

Friday, May 15th:
    Session 1: 6pm – 8:30pm

Saturday, May 16th:
    Session 2: 10am–12:30pm
    Session 3: 2pm – 4:30pm

Saturday, May 16th:
    Community Witnessing Performance Night: 7pm – 9pm - Open to all

Sunday, May 17th:
    Session 4: 10am–12:30pm
    Session 5: 2pm – 4:30pm

Cost: $15-$40 per session (No one turned away for lack of funds)

For those still new to InterPlay, it is a practice and system that has been around for over 35 years, that enables an increased capacity for our bodies to attune to its inherent wisdom. We do this by drawing on and leaning into more ease, affirmation of our inner knowing, incrementality in change processes and up, down, sideways deep raucous playfulness as a way to release stress and tap into more of what uplifts us.
