Unapologetically Here: Playing with Truth, Presence and Permission is an embodied and creative offering to engage with the beauty and complexity of life in these times. This workshop is a chance to delve more deeply into your inner wisdom as guidance for life. We will play with our ancient ways of connection through movement, storytelling, vocal play, dancing, and stillness, in order to have our expression, nurture our creativity and draw on our innate resilience. The retreat will include:

- Workshops, accommodations, and 5 meals
- Cost $125 for Saturday commuter, $275-$430 for weekend
- Friday semiprivate yoga session for additional fee

Once while I was swing dancing to a live band, I suddenly noticed that the music seemed to be following my dancing. I looked up at the upright bassist with curiosity. He smiled knowingly at me. My dancing was inspiring how he was playing!
We’re going to play with ways of following the music of the band (and each other). And helping the band connect with us and how we are moving.

2nd Friday of the monthWomenPlay is grounded in the practices and tools of InterPlay. These experiential practices or “forms” help us to unite body, mind, heart and spirit through creative expressive forms of movement, voice, story, connection and stillness.
InterPlay tools such as the Physicality of Grace or Easy Focus help us to integrate the gifts of embodiment into our daily lives. By playing creatively with universal themes, we can more fully discover what practices work best for us and often find deeper connections to spirit.
With the support of community, we are accepted for who we are and honored for the inherent wisdom within each of us.
